The day it quits
Sometimes it’s a cold shower and a puddle spreading under the tank. Sometimes the heater is twelve years old, still working, and you want to replace it before it fails.
Either way the questions are the same. Can this be fixed? What will it cost? How long until there’s hot water again?
We answer them professionally and honestly, and let you know what your options are.
Step by step
We answer your call. A friendly team member learns about your plumbing issue and gathers the details we need.
We schedule your service. We find a convenient time for one of our technicians to come out.
We assess the problem. Our plumber carefully inspects the issue and explains what’s going on.
We explain the options. You’ll receive a clear recommendation and straightforward pricing before work begins.
We get the job done. Once you approve the work, we’ll make the necessary repairs and leave your space clean.
Pricing
The $125 covers the first 15 minutes of diagnosis. If you go ahead with the work, the full amount comes off your bill.
Whatever we find, the price we quote is flat, and it’s the number you approve before anything starts.
Rebates depend on the unit you choose and your utility company, so we’ll tell you what the heater we recommend qualifies for.
Maintenance plans are available once the install is done. Ask and we’ll explain how ours works.
Scope of work
A few things get priced separately, because not every house needs them: venting changes, a drain pan, and new ball valves. You’ll know which ones apply to your house before you decide.
This is the question we get most. The answer depends on your house.
Costs less up front, is simpler to service, and suits most homes fine.
Costs more to install, frees up floor space, and won’t run out during back-to-back showers.
Your gas line, your venting, and how much hot water your family actually are all factors to consider. We’ll walk you through both options at your house. We install GE and Rheem, and we’re factory-certified on both.
Proof
“Woke up to no hot water on a Sunday. Called the emergency line and they walked me through it, then came out and had it fixed by noon. Lifesavers. Genuinely kind people.”
“Finally a plumber who shows up when they say and charges what they quote. They replaced our water heater and cleaned up like they were never here. Highly recommend.”
“Honest is the word that comes to mind. They could have sold me a whole new system but instead did a simple repair and saved me thousands. That earned a customer for life.”

Questions
Yes, $125, and it covers the first 15 minutes of diagnosis. The full $125 comes off your bill when you go ahead with the work, so if you hire us it costs you nothing extra.
Often, yes. Thermostats, elements, and valves are all repairable. If a repair is the better call, we’ll say so. If the tank itself is leaking, replacement is the only real option, and we’ll explain why.
Call (732) 500-1222 and we’ll tell you when we can get there. Emergency service is available outside our regular hours.
Tank for lower up-front cost and simpler service. Tankless for space savings and hot water that doesn’t run out. Your gas line and venting often make the decision for you, which is why we look before we recommend.
Yes. We pull it and handle the inspection. That’s part of the price you approve.
We can photograph and document what we find for your insurer. Your carrier decides what’s covered, and we don’t get involved in that part.
Your unit carries the manufacturer’s warranty, and the length depends on the brand and model you choose. Impact covers labor for one year on every install.
If you’re in Monmouth County, almost certainly. The full list is above.
